RESEARCH FOCUS AND CURRENT RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

Research on the study of littoral foraminiferal fauna and sediment off the Lagos coast, southwestern Nigeria. This involves field work and systematic Taxonomy of the foraminifera of the study area. Also, there is a research going on the Palynological study of Kajola (Ajaba) asrcheological site. This is to date the site using Palynological analysis.

Service within the Department: He serves in departmental committees such as: Seminar, Production of scientific specimens for secondary school, Library, Museum cataloging committee and Computer / website management, at various capacities. He also performs curatorial duties as well as other duties assigned to him in the department.
