The Central Science Laboratory(CSL), as presently constituted has received many visitors in the past years. This includes, the Professional Accreditation Committee for Pharmacy, the Director of International Program in Chemical Sciences (IPICS) Sweden, National University Commission, and National Accreditation Committees of various science programs. In fact, the CSL received acclaim and was recommended as a model for other universities in West Africa at the Regional Meeting on Purchasing, Servicing and Maintenance of Scientific Equipment in West Africa, held in Cameroon (2002).
