The success of the faculty notwithstanding there is the need for improvement. The Faculty is still understaffed and under funded. In view of the fact that the central philosophy of the university is to make qualitative education available to majority of the people at the least possible cost, rather than imposing heavy tuition fees in whatever names on the students, the faculty has put in process some collaborative programmes with some local and international organizations. Through these initiatives some financial assistance and teaching & research facilities will be provided in the future which will further enhance the quality and quantity of the teaching and research activities in the faculty. In addition the faculty has adopted the principles of catch them young by recruiting among its graduates the young and best brains that show signs of academic potentials through this the present shortage of staff will be addressed.

The faculty has also realized the importance of information technology in teaching and research; the faculty programmes that have already been on the Internet are being upgraded. The faculty in line with university directive had since installed university based result-processing software, which has reduced the time and money cost of results processing. In no distance future all the offices in the faculty are to be networked. Furthermore, efforts are in top gear to ensure that students register for courses on line and even to commence on line teaching.
