Applicant for admission to the M.Sc. prgramme must satisfy the general admission requirements for postgraduate studies in Obafemi Awolowo University. The applicant should have an honours degree, not lower than Second Class Lower Division in Geography or a Combination honours degree in Geography and another subject.

Applicant for admission to the Ph.D. prgramme must satisfy the general admission requirements for postgraduate studies in Obafemi Awolowo University. Applicant should possess at least an M.Sc. or relates degree of the Obafemi Awolowo University. or any other approved University with an average grade of 60B+ in the course work.
The duration of the Ph.D degree is three calendar years.
