The College of Health Sciences has priority needs and projects that are being addressed as funds emerge.The following is a list of such priority projects/needs.
PROJECT 1
Completion of the Lecture Theatre on OAUTHC site
Over five million Naira has been spent on the Lecture Theatre. It needs to be equipped with lecture facilities and furniture, painted, burglar proofed, provided with toilet facilities, electrical installations, doors and windows and parking lot amongst other things required to make it functional.

Students are still being transported with buses used over 20 years ago
