  NIGERIAN JOURNAL OF HEALTH SCIENCES

MISSION STATEMENT

To produce an international journal of scientific excellence in Health Sciences relevant to developing countries.

OBJECTIVE

  • To propagate the philosophy of teamwork and cooperation in Health Sciences through the circulation of the journal.
  • To promote qualitative research in all disciplines of Health Sciences by encouraging contribution of sound scientific publications.
  • To provide an avenue for global dissemination of innovative and relevant research information in Health Sciences.

SCOPE

The remit of the Nigerian Journal of Health Sciences is to cover Basic Medical Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, Clinical Practice, Community and
Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences and related issues. Each issue of the journal will comprise original peer-reviewed publications and commissioned reviews on the major current topics relevant particularly to practice in the developing world.

SUBSCRIPTION

Nigerian Journal of Health Sciences will be published twice per year in June and December. Subscription prices for 2003 will be NIOOO (Nigeria), £10 (UK) and $20 (North America & rest of the world) for two issues for individuals. The rate for institutions will be W2000 (Nigeria), i20 (UK), and $40 (North America and the rest of the world for two issues).
Orders for current subscriptions should be sent to Nigerian Journal of Health Sciences, College of Health Sciences, Obafemi A wolowo University, P.O. Box 1986, Obafemi Awolowo University Post Office, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

POSTAGE

Nigerian Journal of Health Sciences will be dispatched by ordinary mail within Nigeria and by airmail to other part of the world. Speed mail could be arranged by special request.
